The four Directors bring a wealth of accountancy experience, financial planning expertise and industry knowledge in forming 3ML.
Martin Maynard: Managing Director
Martin has spent 30 years in the financial services industry, working initially in the life assurance sector before setting up, and
eventually selling, a highly successful mortgage distribution company. Martin has a deep understanding of this market and is passionate
about delivering innovative product solutions for the financial advisor.
Mark Fryza: Finance Director
Mark is a qualified accountant being both a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a fellow of the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. For the past 10 years he has been a partner in a progressive firm of accountants,
specialising in meeting the business needs of its financial service sector clients. During this time he has also been Finance Director
for a highly successful mortgage distribution company.
Mike Thompson: Technical Director
Michael is a qualified accountant being a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants. Michael has extensive experience in advising businesses on how to reduce their tax liabilities having been
a senior partner in a progressive firm of accountants for the past eighteen years.
Lisa Barber: Sales & Marketing Director
Lisa has spent over 20 years working in the financial services sector, most recently having been Sales & Marketing Director for a successfull
mortgage distribution company and mortgage network. Lisa has extensive knowledge of the intermediary market and is strongly focused on
providing innovative solutions to businesses enabling them to drive increased business volumes and revenue.
